Blender pizza sauce

Fresh, simple & tasty.

Few things are better than homemade pizza. Making your own fresh pizza sauce is so satisfying and easy with the Vibe Blender. Start off with beautiful, ripe tomatoes and make it your own with your favourite herbs and flavours. This recipe is simple and tasty. Roasting the tomatoes with some garlic and chillies gives this sauce a nice sweetness and warmth. Once everything is in the blender, 30 seconds is all it takes to turn it into a smooth sauce.

Next time you’re making pizzas for friends or family, have a go at taking it to the next level with homemade sauce.

Place the roasted vegetables into the stainless-steel blender jug and add in the basil leaves. Blend on soup mode and on low-medium speed for 30 seconds or until smooth. Adjust the seasoning to your liking.
4.   Use straight away for pizza or pasta sauce or store in a sterile glass jar in the fridge for 3-5 days.
To keep it fresh for a week, store in a Luvele Fresh glass vacuum seal container. You can also freeze the sauce for up to 6 months.
